The plotting output writer (a heavily modified IBM Selectric typewriter) is at the left (in the left photograph), the control unit for the output writer is in the center, and the Wang 700-Series calculator is at the right. The carrying case for the 700-Series calculator would also serve to hold a 500 or 600-Series calculator for shipping purposes.
